After renting his whole life, a local pastor is ready to settle down in a house that will give him enough space for his cooking and gardening hobbies. Ben and Erin show him two options -- The Lindsey House shows a lot of potential with its charming, brick exterior and spacious kitchen, but the low-priced McRae House gives them a lot of room for imagination.
